Staff is great, they will always help you. Their English is not good, but if you use Google translate you can understand each other perfectly fine. Food is nice.

Everything was really clean, they had housekeeping come over every day to clean and change sheets, they served delicious 10/10 breakfast with unlimited coffee and tea, the staff were so kind and helpful and great customer service and helped us with every enquiry we had, overall one of the best hotels i have stayed at

The hotel staff was very helpful when needing help with anything, they made sure me and my family were happy with everything! The rooms were clean and nice, cleaning lady was amazing! I liked the fact that all the staff were nice and happy people, that does a lot! the facilities were a blast and the terrace was very memorable.

The service was excellent! They are very helpful and help me change my room and accommodated me when I checked in early. Mete was the best! location is great! Nejla was superb in the kitchen. the rooms are very nice, I had a nice view.
